Hi, I’m Dr. Heather Sheets, a psychologist with a passion to change the lives of women and men struggling with life transitions, relational issues, depression and/or anxiety.
I’ve spent 16 years as a licensed clinical psychologist with a unique mixture of psychotherapy experience, and leadership and executive training in both public and private practice.
Using motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques to identify the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and the choices that follow, I work with you to embrace your true self and experience a life that is authentic and emotionally fulfilling.

I treat adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, or existential crisis. I also specialize in men’s health issues including divorce, separation, and relationship struggles.
I believe in a strength based approach to therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and narrative psychology.
Successful therapy should identify untapped inner strengths that maybe have been quieted or ignored.
Successful therapy is about turning pain and psychological distress into emotional strength and resilience.
